IBS (International Builders' Show) is the largest annual residential and light construction trade show in the world. The most recent event, IBS 2026, just concluded in Orlando, Florida (February 17–19, 2026) at the Orange County Convention Center. It was a landmark year as it marked the show’s final appearance in Orlando before moving permanently to Las Vegas starting in 2027.
Organized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the show serves as the primary hub for anyone in the "sticks and bricks" business—builders, remodelers, architects, and developers.
